To protect platforms and individuals, you must not use HootData to engage in harmful or abusive activity. Violations may result in throttling, suspension, termination, or cooperation with platforms or authorities, including potential fees or legal action.

• Violate source-platform terms, robots.txt, or rate limits, or bypass CAPTCHAs/access controls.
• Send spam, harassment, threats, or doxxing, or build lists for unlawful or unsolicited marketing.
• Target children or process special-category data (e.g., health, religion, political opinions) without a lawful basis.
• Infringe IP or privacy rights, or attempt to access non-public information.
• Resell outputs as a data feed/database without written consent.
