Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions. Cancel anytime in your dashboard; cancelation stops future renewals. Past periods aren’t refundable once started.

Credit packs. Refundable within 14 days if unused. Once any credits are consumed or data exported, refunds are limited to billing errors or SLA failures.

Billing errors/duplicates. Fully refundable upon verification.

Service faults. For confirmed, sustained API faults beyond our SLA, we provide service credits (applied to future invoices) or, at our discretion, a refund of the affected period.

How to request. Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with order ID and details. Refunds go to the original payment method.
